Product Description:
We can offer Tray Dryer in five different capacities ranging from 12 , 24 , 48 , 96 and 192 trays. Standard models are designed for the Temperature range  50  to  300 degree centigrade.

Heating is applied by electrical or steam heating or both combined. Gas Heating models are also available.

Construction:
The Outer  and Inner body of  Dryer can be selected depending upon the specific product  and the industry. For Pharmaceutical  Industries, GMP Models are preferred where entire Dryer is fabricated from Stainless Steel 304 / 316.

In case of  chemical industries, if product is non corrosive, dryer is made out of Mild Steel and if the product is corrosive than Inner Body of dryer is made of SS 304 / 316 and Outer body is made of Heavy Guage Mild Steel.

In case of Electrically Heated drying units, Stainless Steel tubular heaters are fitted on both the sides.

In case of Steam Heated drying units , Stainless Steel Radiators are placed on both the sides.

Belt driven fans provided on both the sides for drying unit for effective circulation of Hot Air which maintains uniform temperature in the drying unit.The temperature control is by digital temperature controller with  PT-100 Sensor.

Trays can be made from SS 304 , SS 316 , Poly Propylene , Aluminium which is selected depending upon product.


Application:

The dryer is suitable for drying pharmaceutical chemicals, powders, pigments, plastic granules, agricultural products like drying chillies, spices, papad, potato chips, onions, fish, garlic, grapes, cashew nuts, confectionary, macroni, wood etc.
