Tray Dryer - GMP Model

Tray Dryer is manufactured as per GMP standards  for Pharmaceutical and chemical industries.

The entire Tray Dryer is fabricated from Stainless Steel including all inside and outside parts, fans , trolleys , trays.

Heating is applied by electrical or steam heating or both combined. Gas Heating models are also available.

The Buyer can select material of construction either SS 304 or SS 316 depending upon their requirements.

In case of Electrically Heated drying units, Stainless Steel tubular heaters are fitted on both the sides of the dryer.

In case of Steam Heated drying units, Stainless Steel Radiators are placed on both the sides.

Trays are placed in movable trolleys. Each Trolley can accommodate 48 Trays.

For Specific applications , Vacuum Tray Dryers can be offered.

All required Documentations i.e IQ/OQ/PQ/DQ will be provided.
