Automatic Ice Flaker

The ice flaking machine is widely used for various purposes where ready made ice flakes are required for day to day process. 

The unit is  advantageous over normal practice of procuring ice and crushing it manually or with crusher to make small ice pieces.

Flake size approx. :  2 mm (L) x 3 mm (B) x 2 mm(Thick). Tiny irregular pieces of ice. 

The Ice flaker works on  3 phase power supply and requires de-mineralize / distilled or filtered plain tap water connection. The ice flakes starts coming out from the crushing assembly within 25 to 30 minutes and are collected in a collecting bin for ready use. The ice flakes are produced  continuously till the machine is on.

The machine gets automatically cut off when the collecting bin is full of ice flakes thereby saving the power consumption.
