Vacuum Ovens

 

Vacuum Ovens are designed to operate under vacuum and at standard atmospheric conditions. They are suitable for  heating and drying process which requires an airless environment. 


Specifications :

Ø Temperature Range : 5 °C above ambient to 250 °C
Ø Max Vacuum -760 MM of Hg
Ø Digital Controller for accuracy of  ±  1 °C
Ø Dial Type Vacuum gauge and vacuum creating valve


Construction:

The stainless steel working chamber with different capacity which can withstand absolute vacuum is fitted in outer M. S. or S.S. cabinet and filled with glass wool insulation. A door with thick toughened glass is provided to have visibility into the chamber, which is sealed with easily replaceable silicone/neoprene rubber gasket. Outer cabinet is powder coated. A vacuum gauge and valve is provided on top.


Heating & control:

Low wattage density heaters with proper insulations are clamped to inner chamber. Temperature control by thermostat or digital controller. A mercury in glass thermometer can be inserted from top with proper sealing. Stand and trays are provided for placing samples.
